Dealy.ie is a deal marketplace connecting Irish consumers with businesses offering deals, discounts, and special offers. We also display affiliate deals from third-party providers.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One account per person or business

4. Business Listings

• Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their deal listings
• Deals must be genuine offers available to customers
• Misleading, fraudulent, or illegal deals are prohibited
• We reserve the right to remove any deal at our discretion
• Business subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Affiliate Deals

Some deals on Dealy.ie are sourced from affiliate partners. These deals link to third-party websites. Dealy.ie is not responsible for the fulfilment, quality, or terms of third-party deals.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not post deals or content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or misleading
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content
• Promotes unsafe products or services

8. Limitation of Liability

Dealy.ie acts as a marketplace and is not a party to transactions between businesses and consumers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of deals listed on the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
